- Product Training: Familiarize customers with product maintenance and usage.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance to uphold optimal product performance.
- System Start-Up: Lead startup activities for newly installed systems.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed operation and malfunction reports.
- Engineering Collaboration: Work with engineering teams to solve design problems and evaluate product performance.
- Acceptance Testing: Support and conduct equipment/system testing after installation.
- Travel: Potential travel to customer sites for support activities.
- Team Leadership: Directly supervise associates and contractors, ensuring compliance with policies and laws.
- Operational Independence: Act independently in supervising associates, following established practices and procedures.
- AA/AS degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Technical Proficiency, Communication Skills, Problem-Solving Abilities.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet physical requirements.
