UT Benefits
Reporting to the business manager, the Financial Associate performs financial, human resources, and administrative functions of the unit.
This position represents the unit in a professional manner working with individuals and organizations both internal and external to the university.
This position will handle deposits, department procurement, travel processes, effort certification processes, reconciliation of ledgers, and process fiscal transactions.Occasionally work directly with the Office of Sponsored Projects and Financial Management Compliance for pre and post award management, and process financial, academic, and HR transactions.
This position ensures the processing and approval of personnel hiring documents and ensures and facilitates proper I-9 compliance and renewals for visas.
