    About the Job

    Remote Data Entry Specialist Needed

    Optimere seeks a detail-oriented individual for our Contribution Processing Department.

    The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in contribution processing, data entry, or a comparable field.

    Responsibilities:

    • Edit reported hours, ensuring accuracy and verifying data entry
    • Resolve data/report issues with employers directly
    • Prepare Employer Contribution Reports for processing
    • Perform data entry tasks
    • Prepare billing and credit requests
    • Assist with billing/credit advice notices and participant inquiries as needed

    We are looking for an individual with excellent analytical, spelling, and grammar skills. The successful candidate will also possess strong communication skills and be able to work effectively with various levels of the organization.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of contribution processing, data entry, or comparable experience
    • Data processing or accounting experience highly desirable
    • Accurate typing (45 WPM/10 key by touch)
    • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook
    • Excellent attendance and reliability, with the ability to work overtime as required

    This is a remote position, requiring local candidates only. We do not provide relocation assistance. Optimere is unable to sponsor visas at this time; you must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident authorized to work in the US.
