Position: Infusion Pharmacist

Location: Roseville, MN 55113

Duration: 5 Month contract to start, potential for extension and/or conversion to FTE

Rate: $70.00/Hr

Start Date: ASAP

Details:

Infusion Pharmacist

3 full-time pharmacists, 5 pharmacy technicians.

a. Order entry

b. Clinical assessments.

c. Checking medications and supplies pulled by technicians.

d. Answering / triaging phone questions from patients and nurses.

e. Prescription processing

Skills Needed:

Detailed oriented, customer centric, collaborative/ability to partner with multiple different teams, proactive, ability to multi-task

Previous home infusion, long term care, or hospital pharmacy experience.

Yes, RPh licensed in Minnesota

Hours:

M-F 8:30am – 5pm with 30 min lunch break.

May adjust as needed to support business operations.

Education: Pharm D
