- Personnel Manager of Project Assistants, and project management responsibilities
- Conduct Quality Assurance on projects to ensure compliance
- Train company staff on processes and procedures, and develop Standard Operating Procedures
- Act as the main contact for project compliance reporting
- Project Management: Manage project management software platforms, maintain project schedules, generate monthly reports, and oversee project documentation
- Accounts Payable: Handle purchase orders, review invoices, verify documentation, and track project payments
- Finance: Assist with financial submittals and project status reports
- Contract Management: Manage contract requirements, notifications, submittals, and insurance
- Compliance: Ensure project compliance with various regulations and requirements
- Document Control & Management: Organize project documents and manage access to the project management platform
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to balance risks with business objectives and work effectively in a team
- Self-motivated, curious, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in solar construction/project administration is essential
- 5-7 years' experience in Solar Construction/Project Administration
- Procore and Smartsheet proficiency
- Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
- Knowledge of solar project work scope and commissioning
