- Install new thin clients and peripherals at NYS customer locations across NYS.
- Removal of all disconnected thin clients and transport back to specified customer locations.
- Proper data collection on each install/unit.
- Update and submit work orders, expense reports and timesheets to respective departments.
- Function as a liaison between cb20 team and the customer.
- Travel to customer locations and possess a flexible work schedule. Weekly overnight stays required (4 nights).
- Will be responsible for operating company van and maintaining equipment stock.

Job DescriptionSalary: $22-25/HRThis assignment is for a 6-month period beginning on June 1, 2024. We will need 10 Field Service Technicians who will be required to travel overnight Mon-Fri most weeks. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
Summary
As a Field Services Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintenance of thin clients, monitors, & peripherals. Technicians will need to complete proper inventory and asset recording processes prior to and during delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifications Requirements/Job Specifications
Education: AAS degree in computer science preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: 2+ years' experience with field services support and network cabling. 2+ years' experience with PC systems, related peripherals, structure cabling, common software programs and operating systems. A valid driver's license is required.
Standards: Ability to follow standards as outlined in the cb20 Company Manual.
Skills: Ability to thoroughly and accurately perform inventory and asset recording and complete paperwork as required by customer, including vendor warranties. The ability and willingness to travel (including a weekend departure, traveling during off-hours, and frequent overnight stays). Ability to perform final configuration tasks on customer premise. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Working time: 40 hours/week. All other times as defined by the demands of the customers and department's needs.
Lifting: Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Clean Driving license/record.
