Job DescriptionPCM Planner / Schedular
Inland Crane, Inc is looking for a highly talented and PCM Planner/Schedular to work on a Mega-Project in Boise, ID. This position is fully responsible for the project "progress" process, including responding to client inquiries, verifying current status, and "way-forward", and "recovery" sub-nets; in accordance with the established accounting standards and billing policy.
Essential Functions:
· Prepare final schedule status update package on a weekly/monthly basis, for use by the project team.
· Work with the Project Superintendents, in order to "reconcile" schedule issues and variances that occur on a monthly basis.
· Review weekly time sheets, along with the PCM group, in effort to apply "work-time studies, in order to identify repeat activities which can be optimized.
· Monthly analyze the monthly schedule progress numbers, as assigned by the PCM.
· Provide year-end support of auditor requirements, which may include research and reconcilement.
· Perform additional assignments, as directed by the SPM, PCM or the Superintendents

· Assess and pursue opportunities for maximization of progress against the CPM Schedule; communicate with the PCM, as to your observations and actions taken.
Experience/Skills:
· Project-based Communication techniques, PCM Methods and practices, with middle-range skills with MS 365 apps (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, and Sharepoint), and some prior experience with ERP type apps, such as Constructware, PMIS, CMiC, Prolog, Procore or Blueteam, and more importantly, either MS Project, or P6 for the CPM scheduling software.
· General knowledge of PCM as practiced and provided within an EPC/PMC, construction, and professional services contract administration practices and procedures mega-project environment.
· Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in the management of Project Controls, preferably within a project management, project controls environment, and MUST have included the use of either MS Project OR P6, in regards to AT LEAST at 2,000 activity CPM schedule.
· Experience managing the PCM, or Planning/Scheduling, and/or Cost Estimation and/or Cost Engineering on $30 million and larger EPC or PMC type/methodology projects.
Work Environment:
The work environment will within the Project Offices of a large, mega-project location in the Boise area. This office location will be at times, dirty, noisy, and difficult to concentrate in.
