A well-established community health system is seeking a BE/BC Neonatologist in San Bernardino County, CA.

• 7on / 7 off schedule (23 weeks per year)
• 1099 or W2
• Out of hospital call
• $400K base salary rate for 1099
• No in-house call
• Small practice, roughly 2.5 FTEs
• Average daily census of 8-10
• Level 3B NICU
• New grads welcome
