- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants through regular communication, addressing concerns and ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Oversee the leasing process, including marketing vacancies, screening potential tenants and negotiating lease agreements. Ensure timely rent collection and enforce lease terms as necessary
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair activities, ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- 3+ years of experience in property management
- Yardi experience preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Able to obtain a leasing license after 60 days on the job
