    Genesee Health System - Clinical Team Position

    • Responsibilities:
    • Transition between certified medical assistant duties and front office tasks.
    • Ensure efficient patient flow in the medical office.
    • Collaborate with the care team to streamline clinic processes.
    • Support the delivery of quality care to patients.
    • Requirements:
    • Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent with completion of a certified medical assistant program.
    • Experience: Minimum 1 year in medical front office procedures and familiarity with mental health and substance abuse.
    • Board Examination: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    • Additional Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, and physical capabilities for the role.
    • Preferred: Prior experience as a Certified Medical Assistant and knowledge in Mental Health.
    • Preferences: Candidates with a background in a medical office setting and mental health expertise are preferred.
    • Interested candidates should provide detailed information on their resume to demonstrate qualifications.
