Our products help providers create quality environments and meet business demands, while providing accessible childcare solutions for parents.

    About the Role: We seek a part-time field recruiter (about 10 hours/week) to connect with community organizations and individuals, identifying prospective providers interested in starting childcare businesses. Responsibilities include attending workshops, presenting, sourcing leads, and engaging with stakeholders. A strong network, preferably in education or early childhood education in Dallas, TX, is essential.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Community Engagement & Outreach: Build relationships with community organizations, local leaders, and early childhood networks to find potential providers.
    • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective providers through networking, referrals, and outreach activities like visits and demos.
    • Education & Guidance: Inform prospects about benefits of opening a childcare program, Wonderschool's support, and startup steps.
    • Event Representation: Attend local events and meetings to boost awareness and recruit providers.
    • Tracking & Reporting: Keep accurate records of recruitment activities in CRM (HubSpot) and report on outcomes.

    • Sales & Relationship Skills: Experience in SMB sales, community outreach, or grassroots organizing, with the ability to influence.
    • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, set goals, and execute recruitment strategies.
    • Passion for Early Childhood Education: Willingness to learn about industry challenges.
    • Scheduling Flexibility: Availability for evening and weekend events and meetings.
    • Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to adjust strategies based on feedback and market conditions.
