    Uses excellent guest service skills to assist players at Draft Kings Sportsbook along with Off Track Wagering Terminal**s.** Responsible for bank monies during assigned shift. Records transactions accurately. Must be able to Issue and Pay-Draft King Sportsbook / OTB Tickets, and assist with inquiries. Comply with departmental policies and procedures, the Internal Controls, and Iowa Racing and Gaming Rules and Regulations. Duties include promote property amenities and resolve guest complaints and provide a high level of guest service.
