    At Diamond Executives, our ability to analyze and adapt customer service strategies has given our clients the product recognition and market success they seek. While our clients develop the highest quality technology in telecommunications, we are responsible for delivering it to the local region. We focus on listening, responding, and improving, whether working alongside other Customer Service Associates within the office or communicating with customers. Customer Service Associates are the first point of contact for accounts and work to ensure that sales run smoothly throughout each step of the process. Providing relevant information on products and services, identifying customer needs or interests, and offering solutions based on our capabilities are essential in making it happen.

    As a Customer Service Associate, you are provided with the knowledge necessary to assist in customer support and sales through entry-level training. The innovation in our client's products and services drives us to grow and build daily, and we are looking for a Customer Service Associate who will match that energy.     Responsibilities of a Customer Service Associate:

    • Initiate communication with consumers and provide service before, during, and after the sales process
    • Provide suggestions and solutions to potential customers by offering details regarding product knowledge and service capabilities
    • Become skilled at negotiating potential sales options for consumers, and upselling when needed
    • Attend training sessions and meetings with other Customer Service Associate members, sales teams, and management to master business practices
    • Assist in the client process by acting as a point of contact between the customer and client after a sale is complete
    • Collaborate between departments to develop and improve business strategy by meeting to review metrics and sales goals

    What We Look For in a Customer Service Associate:

    • High School Diploma or equivalency required
    • Previous knowledge of customer service, retail, sales, marketing, business, or management is highly recommended
    • Appetite for problem-solving and assisting others
    • Friendly and professional communication skills
    • Desire to advance past an entry-level position and take initiative in office tasks
    • Ability to properly implement learned business tactics during consumer engagement
