Staff Information:
Psychologist and LCSW on staff
Patient Information: 12-14 per day -1 hour with new patient visit AND 30 min with follow up visits

$216 an hour
W-2 350k with benefits No Holiday Pay or overtime rates note also that this client is under our FSS contract and they are not held to our typical cancellation policy (meaning they can cancel at any time for any reason w/o penalty)
