    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments
    • Assist in the maintenance of store inventory
    • Develop knowledge and skills in product, store operations, sales, and leadership
    • Train learners and communicate information effectively

    Requirements:

    • Strong understanding of guitar repair and maintenance
    • Foundational product knowledge of Guitar Center products
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
