Job summary

Under the supervision of the Operations and Facilities Director, the Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for the oversight of bank buildings and fleet vehicles.

This role ensures timely and effective repairs of bank buildings and equipment, manages construction projects, and oversees preventive maintenance of assigned bank buildings and equipment. Maintains regular communication with senior management.

Responsibilities

Oversees maintenance of facilities (includes supervising and directing property management company work), landscaping, equipment, vehicles, etc. to ensure safety and proper working order (inspection, scheduling, written procedures, and activity logs).
Evaluates longer term needs in relation to major projects, property improvements, equipment.
