RealREPP LLC, a full-service, nationally recognized recruiting firm, is currently teaming with a well-known, growing, and stable owner/developer to assist them in hiring a Property Manager in undefined, undefined. This Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of a blend of a 3 MSF industrial portfolio in Los Angeles. This is an onsite position and this Property Manager must be comfortable working in an independent work environment while receiving support from an Assistant Property Manager and a Property Coordinator.
The company offers a great base salary, excellent bonus structure and benefits. They also offer a 401K with a 5% match, health and wellness, 1/2 day Fridays throughout the year
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Real Estate License - requirement
- 5 years of experience in commercial property management required. Industrial preferred.
- Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
- Requires knowledge of financial terms and principals of property management including budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, CAM Reconciliations.
- Prepares monthly and/or quarterly property financial reports (accruals and variance reports), annual CAM reconciliations and operating expense estimates for Asset Manager.
- Responsible for preparing the annual budget and quarterly reforecasting for the properties.
- Software experience in MRI, AvidXchange, Salesforce, and MS Suite preferred.
- Comfortable being in the office Monday – Friday
