Assistant General Manager for new local brewery - Fort Myers

Job summary
We are beginning recruitment for our new Ft Myers FL brewery The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is integral to providing a superior experience for both staff and guests.The AGM reports to the General Manager and executes daily operations for both the front- and back-of-house. It is of upmost importance to us that the AGM of our FL site adapts to the RBC culture and brings our FU Awesome energy vibe and history to our new friends down south.
This full-time position oversees various taproom functions enforces policy and procedures ensures guests have an FU Awesome experience supports supervises staff coordinates schedules maintains quality standards ensures compliance with health safety regulations.
