Role Overview:


We're looking for a Video & Content Producer to join our creative team and help bring the DryWater brand to life across digital, ecommerce, retail, and campaign initiatives.

This role is hands-on and fast-paced, with a strong focus on producing high-performing content for paid social, brand campaigns, and storytelling across channels.


You'll work closely with our Creative and Growth teams to concept, produce, and execute photo and video content that drives engagement, performance, and brand consistency—while helping scale our creative output and elevate how the brand shows up across every touchpoint.


Responsibilities:

  • Concept, plan, and produce high-volume photo and video content for paid social platforms including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Translate DryWater's brand identity into compelling, scroll-stopping creative across digital campaigns and content initiatives
  • Lead and support content shoots including concept development, shot lists, production logistics, and on-set execution
  • Produce visual and video assets for ecommerce product pages and website content to support storytelling and conversion
  • Create content for email campaigns, retail environments, partnerships, and field activations as needed
  • Ensure creative consistency and high production standards across all brand touchpoints
  • Collaborate closely with Creative and Growth teams to iterate content based on performance insights
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines, briefs, and creative goals
  • Help scale creative output by identifying efficient production workflows and content opportunities

What You'll Bring:

  • 2–4 years of experience in creative production, content creation, or similar role (in-house or agency)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing photo and video content across social, digital, or campaign work
  • Experience producing short-form video and performance-driven content
  • Understanding of paid social creative best practices and platform trends
  • Hands-on experience with production workflows and creative execution
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; video editing and motion experience preferred
  • Strong storytelling instincts with an eye for composition, pacing, and visual quality
  • Ability to take direction, iterate quickly, and communicate ideas clearly
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for health, wellness, and building a modern consumer brand

The Essentials:
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Irvine, California.

We work onsite five days a week, with half day Fridays — when the culture fits, it is fun to be in the office together.


Compensation:
$70K - $85K per year. Compensation is inclusive of bonus.
100% covered Health, Vision, Dental Insurance.
