    Major/Essential Functions

  • Facilitates training workshops in classroom, virtual (Zoom, Teams, etc.), or occasionally in hybrid learning environments.
  • Participates in the planning and development of training curriculum, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinates facility reservations, and manages training registration using the Cornerstone system.
  • Provides support for one-off training requests, as needed.
  • Develops aids and reference materials to support retention of instructor-led training content.
  • Collaborates with the Senior Training Specialist, Content Creator, and Media Specialist to develop the modules and trails for RR360 Trails (Salesforce Enablement Site).
  • Works with communications staff to develop marketing materials to promote the use of training services.
  • Analyzes training content for accessibility and recommends changes to make content accessible and remediates accessibility issues.
  • Designs and reviews course evaluations and instructor evaluations for enhancement to training programs.
  • Acts as a resource for system users and replies to inquiries related to use of Raider Success Hub.
  • Develops and maintains strong working relationships with campus partners to create a positive learning atmosphere.
