    We are currently seeking a skilled Parts Specialist / Warehouse Coordinator.


    Position Summary:

    As a Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for shipping, receiving, purchasing and inventory control. You will need to preform in a fast paced, time sensitive environment and communicate effectively with vendors and employees.


    Responsibilities:


    • Ensure shipping and receiving processes are followed.
    • Purchase order creation and processing.
    • Working knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration parts and ability to research various vendors to purchase parts.
    • Establish relationships with vendors.
    • Maintain proper inventory levels and complete inventory audits as required.
    • Maintain a clean and organized working space.
    • Operate sit-down forklift when necessary.

    Requirements:


    • 1+ years of inventory management and/or parts purchasing is preferred.
    • Knowledge of HVAC/R parts is a plus
    • Excellent attendance and able to work over-time hours if needed.
    • Solid working knowledge MS Office applications and ability to learn new software.
    • Detail oriented, self-starter with time management and organizational skills.
    • Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
    • Valid drivers license.
    • Ability to operate a sit-down forklift
    • Able to use various electric and manual hand tools
