- Week 2: Off – Mon & Tue, Work – Wed & Thur, Off – Fri, Sat, Sun
- Base Pay – $23-$25/hour
- Night Shift Differential – 12% Increase
- Responsible for safely and accurately operating machinery
- Must be mechanically inclined and have solid understanding of how machinery works
- Must be comfortable using computers – will be required to complete duties using programs
- Will need to demonstrate willingness to learn and a progressive understanding of plant equipment, plant infrastructure systems, and chemical processing principles
- Will follow written procedures – must accurately and completely document operations as executed according to cGMP and company policies
- Must demonstrate the ability to set up and perform operations properly and efficiently, along with understanding computer systems (DCS, LIMS, etc.) related to standard operations in the area
- Standard Drug Test
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Technicians will receive Emergency Brigade training and participate in the brigade as hazmat technical, firefighter, and first aid responder, including EMT and/or full emergency brigade member
- Will be trained in First Aid/CPR
- Must respond as appropriate to plant upset and/or emergency situations as a brigade member
- Needs to demonstrate ability to detect and respond to potential hazards and/or emergency situations in daily operations
- Required to attend all required GMP training sessions and display an understanding of current GMP, SOPs, and Chemical Operator Training Program
- Must adhere to housekeeping and safety practices and participate in safety programs offered through the organization
- Responsible for properly managing the generation and accumulation of hazardous and non-hazardous waste and for monitoring plant environmental systems
- Will perform training sessions for subordinate/peers within the work environment to accurately meet production needs and timing
- Must read and comprehend safety rules and instructions in the use of maintenance, in the use of shop tools and equipment, and in methods and procedures in mechanical drawing and layout work
