    About This Role:

    Director of Solutions Engineering

    Crusoe Cloud is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Solutions Engineering to lead our Solutions Engineering team. You will be at the forefront of driving technical engagements across pre-sales and post-sales efforts, working closely with our largest and most strategic customers to ensure their success on Crusoe.

    • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of domain experts who provide technical guidance and support to customers across all stages of their journey.
    • Serve as the Primary Technical SME: Act as a technical subject matter expert for all customer-facing engagements, ensuring AI workloads are deployed in the most secure, scalable, and efficient way possible.
    • Drive Customer Success: Partner with customers to deeply understand their needs and challenges, guiding them through the deployment lifecycle with best practices, reusable templates, and innovative solutions to help them achieve their goals.

    You Will Thrive In This Role If:

    • Have a technical degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Have 8+ years of experience architecting, building, or operating cloud-based applications or infrastructures, with a strong focus on AI/ML workloads, high-performance computing (HPC), or graphics applications.
    • Have experience leading or managing technical teams, with the ability to inspire and drive high performance.
