    Fleet Manager Responsibilities
    In this role, you will be responsible for managing all fleet functions for our Construction, Plumbing, and Restoration divisions.
    Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, repair, and disposal of our fleet vehicles.
    Develop and implement a fleet management strategy that optimizes efficiency and minimizes costs.
    Manage and analyze data related to fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and driver behavior.
    Ensure all vehicles are properly registered, licensed, and insured.
    Develop and implement driver safety programs.
    Track and maintain detailed records of all fleet vehicles and equipment.
    Manage a team of drivers and ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures.
    Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in fleet management.

    To qualify, you should have:
    Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
    Proven track record of success in reducing fleet operating costs.
    Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Proficient in fleet management software.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to risk management.
