    Job DescriptionJob Title: Full-Stack Software Engineer - W2 only - Java / Typescript Job ID: DC Location: Scottsdale, AZOverview:Due to new projects, our client is seeking Full-Stack Engineers to join their close-knit team. As a leader in their industry, you will have the opportunity to work on critical new projects, on a collaborative team of smart people. You will enjoy a relaxed environment and work with the newest technologies. W2 is highly preferred – this is a contract role with the intention of converting to direct hire. This position can be 100% remote / work-from-home. You will be working AZ hours, so the preference is for PST, MST or CST. Due to payroll laws, you must be in one of the following states in order to convert: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MN, MO, NE, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, WA, or WI.What you will be doing:
    • You will be working on the next generation of software applications, from design through development, to testing and implementation.
    • You will be a technical expert on the development projects, and be tasked with driving the SDLC process, writing technical specs, discovering and analyzing new technologies for use on the projects and consulting with the end users to meet their needs.
    • Since the client's applications are utilized in the financial industry, compliance with security protocols and procedures would be another aspect of this role.
    What you must have:
    • 4+ years of UI and back-end Java development
    • competency with JavaScript, Typescript and Spring Boot technologies
    • The ability to create detailed design documents, and with distributed, component-based architecture.
    • Experience working in an Agile or BDD/TDD methodology.
    • Experience with testing frameworks, such as JUnit or Mockito.
    • Must have experience in as many of the following technologies as possible: Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Integration, Spring Modules, Secure Coding.
