    Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Chantilly, VA. The position is Hybrid.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

    Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

    Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

    Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

    Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.

    Identify and revise reporting requirements.

    Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems.

    Generating reports from single or multiple systems.

    Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.

    Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems.

    Training end users on new reports and dashboards.


    Basic Qualifications:
    BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics with 7 years of experience. Additional 4 years of experience might be substituted in lieu of a degree.

    DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification required (CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, Sec+, CND or SSCP)

    DoD 8570 computing environment certification within 6 months of hire

    Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst

    Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages such as Microsoft reporting services, SQL queries and Service Now reporting

    Strong analytics experience with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

    Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Currently working toward or hold a certification related to a Data Analyst such as the following:

    Certification of Professional Achievement in Data Sciences

    Certified Analytics Professional

    Cloudera Certified Associate (CCA) Data Analyst

    EMC Proven Professional Data Scientist Associate (EMCDSA)

    IBM Data Science Professional Certificate

    Microsoft Certified Azure Data Scientist Associate

    Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE): Data Management and Analytics

    Open Certified Data Scientist

    SAS Certified Data Scientist Using SAS

    Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)

    Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings


    Security Clearance Requirements:
    Active Top Secret clearance adjudicated within the past 6 years.

    Candidate must be open for random CI poly


    Physical Requirements:
    Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

    The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to communicate with co-workers and the customer

    The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

    The projected compensation range for this position is $121,800-$204,100.

    There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
