- Over 6-years' experience developing and integrating war fighting capabilities solutions that enable an effective USMC capability to respond to strategic challenges and opportunities.
- Supervising 3-5 technical, architectural, or engineering subject matter experts.
- Managing staff activities to draft, coordinate, refine, and finalize critical enterprise-level programs, projects and tasks.
- Desired - current experience supporting USMC Combat Development and Integration (CD&I) Directorate concept and capability development programs.
- Required - Expert knowledge and experience of the Marine Corps, its missions, organizational structure, warfighting concepts, both Joint concepts and Naval/USMC.
