We are seeking a dedicated and experienced gymnastics coach to join our dynamic team at Olympia Gymnastics. USAG Levels 3 minimum experience.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead gymnastics training sessions for athletes of varying skill levels.
• Develop and implement training programs that align with individual athlete goals and club objectives.
• Teach proper techniques, form, and routines for various gymnastics disciplines.
• Provide guidance and support to athletes during competitions and performances.
• Foster a positive and supportive training environment that promotes teamwork and personal growth.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of athletes by adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other coaches and club staff to create a cohesive and effective coaching team.
• Communicate regularly with athletes and their parents to provide feedback and updates on progress.
• Stay current with gymnastics industry trends, techniques, and safety practices.

Qualifications:

• Gymnastics coaching certification (e.g., USA Gymnastics certification).
• Proven experience coaching gymnastics, with a focus on competitive gymnasts.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for the sport of gymnastics and a dedication to athlete development.
