    Description:Responsibilities:

    Embraces the diverse customer environment and maintains excellent customer focus while performing on site duties.
    Responsible for customer satisfaction by engaging end-user feedback and escalating concerns to the account manager and helps support resolution.

    Works to learn and manage all aspects of the Client Service Center in the absence of the Site Manager or Supervisor.

    Candidate will run high volume/production copy machines and perform binding and finishing work. Ensure convenience copiers are working properly, checking for quality via daily inspections. Clears paper jams and informs technicians of specific problems. May perform Reception services on a temporary/occasional basis. Distributes office supplies, fax transmissions and mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points as required. Ensures upkeep of convenience copier areas by keeping neat and well stocked. May perform meeting room and conference room set ups. Assists with the movement of supplies, equipment, etc. May be required to lift 2-50lbs and assistance will always be available. No driving is required.
