Responsibilities
- As the leader of a software delivery team dedicated to patient engagement products, you will employ modern technologies, architectures, and agile methodologies to drive solution design and delivery, enhancing patient experiences and improving treatment outcomes.
- Through close collaboration with our user experience and technology foundation teams, you will ensure that these products effectively address patients' needs.
- Furthermore, you will work in partnership with peers to influence and refine the development process as we scale, establishing an operation that is both impactful and adaptive to business and patient requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience leading complex software engineering projects from inception to production.
- Professional experience in software delivery, specializing in the development of customer-facing applications using tools such as Jira and Confluence, with a strong proficiency in agile delivery methodologies
- Experience with web and cloud technologies
