    Production Team as a Project Manager.


    We are the exclusive bathroom installer for Lowe's and The Home Depot in our market, and we are hiring candidates who possess a perfectionist level of skill and attention to detail, provide excellent customer service, like to be challenged, are goal-driven, and bring a great attitude to the table.

    The Project Manager oversees a team of Lead and Apprentice Remodelers helping to maximize their earning potential, providing best-in-class customer service, and ultimately maximizing company revenue goals.

    The teams you will oversee install Re-Bath products and provide services as prescribed in the company's processes and procedures and on behalf of the local franchise business.

    Deconstruction and installation training is provided by the company. Installation technicians are a primary customer contact in our business. Besides technical expertise, appearance, attitude, and demeanor are critical attributes of a successful Project Manager.

    Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills continually practiced by the Project Manager lead to a high level of customer satisfaction.

    They must be available Monday through Friday. Occasionally, some evening and weekend work might be required, as needed. If you do your job well, you won't need that evening and weekend work

    Responsibilities
    Maintaining a high standard of customer service and customer relationships.
    Regular Field visits for Quality Control and diagnosing customer concerns
    Working in an efficient, neat, and orderly manner while in customers' homes
    A professional appearance, dress, grooming
    Keeping and maintaining in good repair, tools, equipment, and company vehicles
    Travel to and from our customer's homes in a company vehicle

    Qualifications
    A Leader that will Recruit/Train/Retain assigned Installation crews
    Previous experience with acrylic and stone bathroom systems.
    Experience with Office software (CRM, spreadsheets, email, and estimating software)
    Must possess an absolute perfectionist level of attention to detail.
    Must be able to consistently establish and maintain strong customer relationships and work through difficult situations with diplomacy.
    We seek a strong problem solver and critical thinker.
    Good communications skills are essential.
    Must be proficient at measuring, cutting accurately; must have soldering skills.
    General mechanical aptitude required.
    General Plumbing skills required.
    General carpentry skills required.
    Must maintain a clean and professional appearance.
    Must maintain high-quality workmanship never shortcutting.
    Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check
