    Description

    Genesis10 and our client is actively recruiting an experienced Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join the Finance practice group.

    This is a hybrid position which generally calls for 2 days in the office.

    Can be in any of the following offices:

    New York, NY; Florham Park, NJ; Philadelphia, PA, Washington D.C.; Indianapolis, IN; Fort Wayne, IN; Chicago, IL; Minneapolis, MN; Denver, CO.


    *Candidates must list the office in which they wish to be considered for in the requested cover letter.


    Qualifications:

    Our client is seeking candidates with four to six years of experience in corporate finance and/or working with financial institutions and borrowers in commercial finance transactions, including loan originations and real estate financing would be preferred.

    The candidate must have experience drafting loan, security, and related documents, advising on covenant compliance, leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting documents.

    The successful candidate also will have excellent writing skills, superior academics, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.

    Candidates must be admitted to the bar in the state in which they are practicing.

    Compensation range is $180,000 - $305,000 annually.
    This position offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
