Here is what is needed to be part of this amazing team:

Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in the state of VA.
MUST HAVE at least 2 years of experience working in skilled nursing
It is key to being able to provide excellent patient care.
Provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents/families/caregivers.
Maintain resident confidentiality.
Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
