    The Financial Analyst plays a critical role for the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, and is responsible for analyzing data and trends, identifying variances to plan, highlighting potential areas of opportunity, and forecasting future results.

    Generate and analyze financial reports that show actual results compared to prior year and planCollaborate with others in and outside of FP&A as you research variances and trendsContribute to the development and implementation of the monthly and long range financial plansParticipate in projects and initiatives to increase transparency of result driversAd hoc analyses and presentations of results, plans, and forecastsThis position has a hybrid schedule, 40-50% of the time in the office in Amelia OH and the remaining working from home.

    This position may be a good fit, if you have:
    A Bachelors degree in accounting or finance or advanced degree and/or CPA or CFAStrong analytical abilities.
    Strong attention to detail and a controls framework mindsetAn ability to relate numbers to ideas.
    Strong written and oral communication skills to be able to discuss financial report concepts with non-experts.
    Strategic mindset and drives results.
