About the Opportunity:
Job Title:
Machine Set-Up Operator
Pay:
$19/Hour
Location:
Scandia, MN
Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Thurs 7AM-5:30PM and half days every other Fri with required O/T
Daily functions:
Setup and startup of thermoforming machines.
Inspection of molds Maintain machines. Change out tooling on machines.
Feed raw material or parts into machines Inspect parts for defects visually and with measurement tools.
Keep records and logs.
Work with hand toolsAssemble products.
Operating machinery Desired qualifications:
Previous Machine Operation experience Machine maintenance or setup experience Ability to use hand tools.
Ability to use measurement tools with critical dimensions to .001.Attention to details.
Ability to follow written instructions.
Experience in thermoforming highly preferred Physical requirements:
Lifting 30lbs regularly and up to 80lbs very rarely Standing for long durations of timeUse hands and fingers to operate hand tools.
