    Martine Center, a leading rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility in White Plains, NY, is seeking an exceptional Registered Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary team.



    Job Description:


    The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and monitoring the nutritional status of residents, providing recommendations to medical staff, and developing adequate care plans. This includes evaluating special needs regarding nutrition support, skin breakdown, and significant weight issues. The ideal candidate must be able to coordinate procurement of nutrition support supplies with outside vendors as well as involved department heads.


    A key responsibility will also include monitoring resident meal service to ensure diet modifications are followed. In addition,
    persons seeking this position should have excellent communication skills as they will educate residents,families & staff in concepts of nutrition & diet modification Routinely evaluate Dietary Care Plans for effectiveness ensuring high quality of care Meetings weekly with interdisciplinary teams including Speech-Language Pathologists.
