We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team.

As an integral member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing job costing and material costs to ensure accurate financial records and efficient operations.

Responsibilities
Perform cost analysis for each cabinetry project, including labor, materials, and overhead expenses.
Monitor and track job costing throughout the production process to ensure profitability and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Work closely with project managers and production teams to gather relevant data and update cost estimates as needed.
Analyze material costs with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and inform on estimation changes
Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.
Assist in budget planning and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives.
Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes and implement best practices for efficiency and accuracy.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and accounting standards to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an accountant or financial analyst, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
