We're looking for a Senior Director of User Services to lead our global team and drive digital workplace modernization and employee experience initiatives. The ideal candidate will have significant responsibility over end-user computing, service delivery or digital workplace functions and be able to influence senior executives and drive cross-functional initiatives.

The role involves defining and executing the global End User Services strategy to support business growth, workforce productivity and operational resilience. It also includes overseeing enterprise service desk operations ensuring consistent measurable service levels rapid issue resolution and customer satisfaction managing endpoint engineering teams responsible for device imaging patching configuration management mobility endpoint security hardening implementing ITIL aligned processes establishing performance metrics dashboards KPIs optimizing service quality resource utilization driving adoption of emerging technologies such as AI support agents automated remediation virtual desktops zero touch provisioning leading strategy governance collaboration communication platforms partnering with Enterprise Architecture Infrastructure teams ensuring scalable secure resilient end user solutions ensuring endpoint environments comply corporate security regulatory privacy requirements conducting regular risk assessments implementing controls safeguarding enterprise assets developing managing operating budgets capital plans vendor partnerships devices software managed services evaluating negotiating contracts supplier agreements optimizin licensing asset lifecycle procurement processes controlling costs improving service quality leading mentoring growing high performing global teams across service desk endpoint engineering end user support fostering culture accountability customer centricity continuous improvement innovation building strong partnerships IT Units external partners.
