Position Summary...
The Manager, Program Management leads the coordination and execution of complex programs by collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to meet business objectives. This role drives accountability, monitors performance metrics, and identifies improvement opportunities to drive program success and resolve critical issues. The manager aligns key stakeholders, ensures compliance with company policies, and delivers performance insights to senior leadership. By fostering strong relationships and promoting adaptability, this position enables strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals and promote a high-performing, respectful workplace culture.
What You'll Do...
- Coordinate and oversee program activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement program plans, monitor milestones, and ensure timely delivery of high-level deliverables.
- Understand program performance using key performance indicators and trend data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend process enhancements.
- Monitor execution and milestones of the program by tracking and reviewing high-level deliverables
- Communicate program status and performance reports to senior leadership, managing expectations and escalating critical issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while fostering a culture of respect and integrity.

The Annual Salary Range For This Position Is $70, $130,000.00 Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Bonuses. Additional Compensation For Certain Positions May Also Include
