- Carry and maintain responsibility for case load as assigned.
- Participates in the development of individual treatment plans, case reviews, summaries and reviews requested from internal or external sources.
- Communicates clinical and medical issues to prescribers, and team as indicated, and assists with crisis triage as needed.
- Provides direct services to clients through (individual, couple, family, mobile etc.) and group therapies, as per accepted standards of clinical practice.
- Performs evaluation and assessment activities, which includes a working knowledge of DSM-IV diagnoses and treatment planning, as assigned.
- Maintain clinical records in accordance with Agency and regulatory standards; complete all paperwork in a timely and thorough manner.
- Must have Master degree in Human Services
- Must have professional license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)

Penndel Mental Health Center is a non profit community based mental health agency located in Langhorne. We are seeking candidates to join our team of professionals who are passionate about working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness, intellectual disability, or drug and alcohol addiction. Our focus is to foster a culture of collaboration, respect and personal growth.
