    Inpatient Pharmacy Manager at St. Luke's Health System in Meridian, Idaho, United States Job Description Overview St. Luke's Health System in Meridian is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to join our Inpatient Pharmacy team.

    Responsibilities + Provide day-to-day oversight of the pharmacy team + Provide leadership, guidance, counseling and continuing education to pharmacy team.

    Select, develop, coach, mentor, and assess performance of staff + Assists in the development and administration of departmental policies and procedures + Develop and implement quality assurance standards, performance improvement activities + May function as a pharmacist in the daily operation of the pharmacy, providing clinical and dispensing functions in accordance with needs of the department + Serve as clinical mentor and provide clinical pharmacy leadership to pharmacists in their daily patient care functions + Assure compliance of pharmacy services with policy and regulatory agencies + Develop, monitor and work effectively within established budget + Lead within organizational structures to improve medication use outcomes through clinical pharmacy services, staffing deployment and technology + Work closely with hospital leaders to optimize pharmacy services for patient care + Collaborate with interdisciplinary work teams + Coordinate implementation of strategic goals, projects, and programs affecting the department.

    + Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications + Valid Idaho Pharmacist License + Minimum of three (3) years' experience + MBA or Pharmacy Residency in lieu of two (2) years' experience Why St.
