    Bullet EV Charging Solutions currently seeking:

    Our operations team is one of the most critical parts of Bullet EV's expansion. This role would be reporting to the VP of Operations and will have responsibility for organizing, scheduling, oversight, and maintaining the Installation Operations team, as well as safety, quality, and customer satisfaction for all jobs assigned in your region.
    Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for the overall safety, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction for residential solar, storage, and EV Charger installations in their assigned region
    • Work with the sales team to ensure accurate information has been provided for assigned installations
    • Work with Operations Coordinator on ensuring jobs are scheduled in a timely manner at that crews are kept busy performing revenue generating work. Address any issues creating bottlenecks in production
    • Ensure company vehicles are maintained properly and are in good working condition. Monitor all driver activity to ensure vehicle safety
    • Communicate with teams regarding job specifications, installation schedule, safety issues, permitting, material availability/delivery, and customer specific issues
    • Monitor overall region workload to ensure availability of crews and materials will meet promised installation timelines
    • Ensure jobs are installed efficiently, at the highest level of quality, and that each job meets or exceeds its designated profit margin and customer satisfaction
    • Regularly perform job analysis regarding installation quality, timeliness, and profitability. Determine if all metrics were met/exceeded, and if not, why
    • Resolve any customer satisfaction issues
    • Ensure all job information is up-to-date in company CRM/ERP
    • Meet with crews regularly to ensure moral is high, and that they are motivated and performing installation as efficiently as possible.
    • Ensure company vehicles are maintained properly
    • Other duties as assigned
    Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
    • Must have a minimum of 5-7 years Solar/Storage/EV or related Electrical Field Operations experience with experience in high volume installation operations
    • Extensive knowledge of electrical construction, including installation, codes, and safety issues
    • Excellent understanding of Solar operations workflow, as well as installation processes
    • Management of multiple (25+) installation teams across multiple markets/states
    • Ability to analyze job data to ensure the highest level of profitability, customer satisfaction, and safety
    • Ability to meet deadlines with strict time constraints
    • Ability to manage and motivate state to ensure maximum performance efficiency
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • High level project management skills, including management of installation timelines, material processing, scheduling, etc.
    • Highly organized and able to multitask in a face paced environment
    Compensation for this role for a candidate based in Colorado is expected to be between $70,000 - $90,000, it maybe higher or lower in other states due to geographical differntials in the labor market.
