The Director of SEC Reporting plays a critical role in protecting shareholder trust and enhancing the company's credibility in the capital markets.
+Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA required.
- 10+ years progressive experience in SEC reporting technical accounting financial reporting roles within publicly traded companies national public accounting firms.
Responsibilities
-,lead preparation review timely filing all sec reports related disclosures including forms 10-k 10-q 8-k proxy statement other regulatory filings.
-own companys sec reporting calendar disclosure process ensuring compliance with sec regulations us gaap sox internal disclosure controls.
-serve primary subject-matter expert on sec reporting matters providing technical guidance complex accounting disclosure interpretive issues.
>-partner closely corporate accounting ensure alignment between financial statements footnotes md&a supporting schedules.
