    Physical Therapist Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at CareStaff Partners for a challenging travel or local contract position in an Outpatient Rehab setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To provide high-quality physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients (19-65+) in an outpatient rehab setting.
    • To assess, diagnose, and treat patients with various physical impairments, disabilities, or functional limitations.
    • To develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
    • To educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and disease management.
    • To maintain accurate records of patient progress, treatments, and outcomes.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 1 year recent Long Term Care experience as a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Oregon or PT Compact Eligible.
    • Oregon Physical Therapy (PT) License or PT Compact Eligibility.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
