- Provide educational programming and support in the clinical settings, to develop informatics expertise in physicians, nurses and other staff
- Design quick tips, mini programs, web references, etc. to continuously expand the informatics knowledge of the clinician and assists clinicians in identifying new workflows
- Develop and implement educational training programs which support the successful adoption of computer applications and critical components into the patient care process
- Round with clinical end-users to support, identify, and mitigate issues with clinical information systems
- Utilize and incorporate analytics, and formal and informal feedback to support evidence-based documentation standards
- Develop partnerships with key hospital leaders to improve hospital operations, outcomes, and regulatory preparedness
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Education, or IT
- Master's degree in Nursing, Education, or Informatics or Board Certified in Nursing Informatics preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc). Clinical information systems as applicable
