    Key Responsibilities

    As a NEMT Dispatcher, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of our services:
    • Dispatch Operations: Coordinate and dispatch NEMT vehicles efficiently to meet scheduled transport requests
    • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism
    • Communication: Maintain clear communication with drivers, passengers, and team members using various tools
    • Geographical Knowledge: Leverage knowledge of local and regional geography for optimal route planning
    • Scheduling: Manage daily transportation schedules to ensure punctuality
    • Emergency Response: Work with emergency services when necessary to guarantee passenger safety
    • Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer requests, services, charges, and expenses
    • Technology Proficiency: Utilize dispatch software, GPS, and other technologies for effective operations
    • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve logistical issues swiftly to avoid service interruptions
    • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate for the NEMT Dispatcher role will possess the following qualifications:
    • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; dispatching certifications are a plus
    • Experience: Prior experience in NEMT dispatching or related fields is preferred
    • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
