    **Description**

    Inspects and operates powered lift on a daily basis

    Assembles customer orders pulling proper product from inventory, work in-process or supplies

    Monitors inventory levels and communicates areas of concern

    Instructs Material Attendants and/or Packer/Loaders on proper loading layouts

    Competently completes all required paperwork including customer orders, bills of lading and shipping tickets

    Follows and participates in plant safety/housekeeping guidelines designed to ensure a safe work environment

    Ensures Quality products and processes are maintained by:

    Understanding and supporting both quality policies and the Quality System.

    Performing work at a level that ensures quality of this positions work meets or exceeds internal specifications.

    Identifying and correcting if possible any identified quality issues in the department.

    Participating in system or quality based training provided by the company or recommended by the company.

    **QUALIFICATIONS**

    **LANGUAGE SKILLS**

    Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

    **MATHEMATICAL SKILLS**

    Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

    **REASONING ABILITY**

    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
