- Personal Care Skincare/Sun care experience - pharmaceutical/food/nutraceutical experience admirable.
- 5+ years of Personal Care experience - Contract Manufacturing experience admirable.
- To coordinate and manage "day-to-day" formulation lab activities in support of the business needs.
- Research & formulation development of skincare, body care, Hair care and OTC products
- Ensure effective communication coordination and communication
- Comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Assess project feasibility and assign work to lab technicians/chemist based on the degree of complexity and skills required
- Negotiate timing and project related aspects with other teams including formulations and project management
- Assist in maintaining the introduction of new raw material to a minimum
