    Opening spring 2023, the resort will feature 500 guest rooms and suites, 10 four-bedroom ranch houses, three pools, including an adults-only rooftop infinity pool, a destination spa, Lounge by Top Golf, and over 127,000-square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space.

    An expansive retail and entertainment district will feature dining, shopping and an outdoor stage set to be activated for concerts and outdoor programming.

    The resort will offer 46 holes of golf designed by Beau Welling and Gil Hanse, including two 18-hole championship golf courses, a lighted 10-hole short course, and a lighted two-acre putting green.

    Job Description

    Omni PGA Frisco Resort is seeking a talented Nail Technician to join our team.

    Omni Frisco PGA Resort will provide north Texas with 127,000 square feet of event space, 13 new food and beverage outlets, an extravagant spa and a full entertainment district.

    Featuring two championship 18-hole golf courses along with a third short course, we will provide incredible options for our guests and local community for dining, events, and entertainment.


    This team member will provide quality, professional services to guests and prescribe the appropriate regimen of nail products and services for each guest.

    They can educate the guest regarding home maintenance and the benefit of additional services, Nail Technicians will focus on exceeding guest expectations by relying on guest preferences placed in the guest history, while maintaining Omni standards as well as the guest safety at all times.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide the very highest quality in terms of treatment and professional concept.
    • To begin and end treatments at the published time and ensure correct procedures of all treatments are being always followed.
    • Ensure all equipment and lines etc. are fully stocked on a daytoday basis in your treatment room.
    • Ensure all inventory levels are accurate so that you are prepared for your day.
    • Strive to consistently meet retail sales goals per day / week / month.
    • Responsible for setting up the nail stations and pedicure thrones according to procedures and dispose of laundry on a timely basis.
    • Relay with confidence product and service benefit to guests.
    • Maintains up to date knowledge of all treatments and services offered on the current salon treatment menu, as well as trends and developments within the professional spa community related to products, treatment and techniques.
    • Provides treatments in accordance with established standards and protocols within the assigned structure.
    • Knows the correct action to take in the event of an emergency and demonstrate this knowledge by acting appropriately in the event of an emergency.
    • Knows and share information about the resort and activities, demonstrate this knowledge by accurately communicating daily events, hours of operation and resort/activity information to our guests and employee partners
    • Conducts tours of the salon and related facilities.
    • Participates in periodic product inventory as scheduled.

    Qualifications

    • Current State of Texas Cosmetology or Nail License
    • 1 year minimum experience in hair services
    • Must be available to work weekends
    • Compliant to State Board sanitation/sterilization procedures
    • Meticulous cuticle clean up & overall finish work
    • Effective communicator
    • Flexible and cooperative
    • Self motivated
    • Able to sit, stand and walk up to 8 hours
    • Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
    • May be required to work evenings and overtime occaisonally
