Anesthesiologist

$450,000 base salary
W2 $500,000-600,000
Variety in daily case load
Partnership with no buy-in
1:9 call (taken from home); post-call day off
$50,000 sign-on bonus
6 weeks PTO + full benefits package Private group with 1 hospital and 5 outpatient surgical centers - The group provides services in general surgery, GI, OB, Pain Management, Orthopedics, Pediatrics
Basic General Anesthesia care team model with CRNA's at the main hospital with 6 OR's
Practice has 9 MD's and 6 CRNA's, + a few per diem.
The practice recently took on OB Service & need additional Anesthesia support.
No cardiac
Have a neurosurgeon that does minimally invasive spine.
